Synopsis



Daniel (Gérard Depardieu), Julien Labesse (Stephane Freiss) and Raymond Gayet (Albert Dray) are a group of perfectly incompetent French robbers who work for the caïd Laurent Bastaldi (Richard Bohringer). Exasperated by their repeated failures, their boss decided to send them to Chicago, USA, to rob the house of a wealthy American to steal valuable jewellery. For this move, Laurent Bastiadi strengthens the team with other gangsters. Once in Chicago, the team led by Daniel goes to the wrong apartment and finds itself in the home of Frankie Zammeti (Harvey Keitel), the godfather of the fearsome local mafia. This is the beginning of a series of nightmare events. Our French robbers will have to face the local Zammeti mafia who will do anything to eliminate them.
